AW DYNAMOMETER
SERVICES PROVIDES AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL DYNAMOMETER SYSTEMS AND
INSTRUMENTATION.
The soil gas method is used exclusively because of its high accuracy and repeatability in detecting light hydrocarbons.High anomalous values of methane and ethane plus in soil gas indicate reservoirs of gas and oil, respectively, directly underneath.Interpretations are based on the fact that all reservoirs leak to a certain extent, essentially in a vertical direction. Dynametric technology can detect even the smallest amount of light hydrocarbons in soil gas. This sensitivity allows the mapping of hydrocarbon reservoirs in highly complex geologic structures such as fluvial valley fills and shelf deposits.
The identification by soil sampling of areas with little or no potential also provides very useful information for the explorationist. Although soil gas surveys are the most useful when they provide drilling targets, the elimination of areas with little or no potential is important to decisions on e.g. acquiring and disposing of leases; and the early re-deployment of financial and human resources to areas with greatest exploration potential.
DYNAMETRIC is authorized to conduct geochemical surveys by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan.
![]() Dynametric is licensing high-density surveys covering the first 18 townships in a 30-township block in the Eston-Glidden area of SW Saskatchewan. All townships offer major opportunities for Milk River gas and Mannville oil. This should be of particular interest to companies that have picked up hydrocarbon leases in the June 10, 2003 Land Sales in 9 of those townships (199 sections in T25 R20-24 and T26 R20-24 W3). Your need for DYNAMETRIC geochemical services depends largely on how successful you want to be as an exploration company. It both saves and makes you $ by assisting you to make timely and informed decisions at every stage of the the exploration process from land acquisition to drilling. Now that you have the leases, can you afford not to have our data before seismic and drilling? An additional layer of information reduces risk. For further information
